At the 2015 PegaWORLD recently held in Orlando, Florida, not only did our ATS team learn a significant amount about the Pega Express release and the delivery of an evolved CRM, but we also were excited to learn that some of our clients won awards this year.
Each year, Pega recognizes selected customers with a Business Impact Award, which recognizes those organizations that “demonstrate quantifiable business results in customer service, sales & onboarding, operations, or marketing through the use of Pega software.”
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) – Financial Services Center (FSC) was awarded with a Business Impact Award due to the successful national
release of the Invoice Payment Processing System (IPPS), as well as the regional release of the Eligibility and Enrollment and Referral and Authorization System for the Fee Basis program. Several of our ATS team members were instrumental in developing these applications, as well as supporting them throughout and after release. Our team has also led Pega upgrade and system continuity efforts.
The VA-FSC IPPS project also won a separate Pega Can Award, which is awarded to customers who have gone live with a significant project since the last PegaWORLD. It’s great to be recognized for all the hard work that goes into such a large product release! Congratulations to the IPPS development team! At VA-FSC, ATS is part of a larger group of hard-working folks who made the IPPS program successful; we’d like to extend a big thumbs up to our ATS team members for their significant contributions toward that success!
Another of our clients, the State of Maine, also won a Pega Can Award for its Licensing Enforcement & Environmental Data project. This program supports extensive licensing requirements and options throughout the state. To our ATS team members at State of Maine, congratulations on a job well done! High fives! And although the USDA National Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is not a current client of ours, we’d still like to send out a round of applause to the teams that won a Business Impact Award, as well as a Pega Can Award with the release of the Conservation Client Gateway. ATS previously worked on the Pega Center of Excellence at USDA NRCS, and we hope our contribution helped along the way to earning these awards.
